This documentary short spotlights Simeon Holloway’s accomplishments, from his early life to his involvement with the US B1 Navy Band, the first WWII band comprised of Black North Carolinians.


Utilizing his education, intelligence, and remarkable capacity for hard work, Holloway has become a proud patriarch of the family. 


In the film, he shares insights and principles gleaned from his nine decades of fruitful living with a passion that continues as he revels in the wonders of his new vehicle. Come along for the ride. 

Dylan’s Fate

This 17-minute HD, character-driven story was filmed in Brooklyn, New York by filmmaker Tymm Holloway. From the main four characters' perspectives, this short examines what happens when you challenge some of life's learned principles.


Dylan finds himself caught in a web of lies, avarice, and betrayal, which has threatened his family and professional life when a nine-year-old neighbor engages him in a sublime and sobering conversation.
